My Life is Gone
Cool green ocean, blazing sun,
Singing birds, ripping wind:
The world around me.
Falling down, the sun betrays me.
Darkness fills the air
The water is black
Reflecting only the light that the moon gives freely.
Waves crash and dance,
Stars fill the sky.
I walk alone and wonder
why?
Why am I alive?
Run, jump, sink.
The water fills my lungs.
Blackness.
It surrounds me.
And now my life
is
gone.
