The Neolluminati
The Neopian Shadow Government.
You will find no mention of them anywhere.
They have erased all entries in the Neopedia that concern them.
They are so secret, even They don't know everything that They are up to!
They are Evil (or at least downright naughty!)
The Neolluminati seeks to investigate, and eradicate this evil from Neopia!
You may be eligible to join the Neolluminati - shhhhhh, keep it quiet...
Should you wish to join the Neolluminati, you will need to think of a theory on something spooky in NeoPets, (it doesn't have to be complicated). NeoMail your theory to Onugu. The Neolluminati is limited to 100 members at any one time. If your idea is accepted, and the membership limit has been reached, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified immediately a position is available.
I created the Neolluminati after I had noticed some strange goings on in Neopia. I documented these, and have called them the Neopian Conspiracy Theories. NeoPets have very kindly agreed to publish some of these in the Neopian Times.
