PROGRAMS

KAMINKAP boasts of four (4) main programs. Though all of which are interrelated and tied-up with servicing the youth of Mindanao and in addressing the issues that currently affect them and their communities, each program operates on its own and with its own thrusts. Each of these programs are utilized, first, within the organization by inculcating these concepts on the officers and members through in-depth orientation, capacity building, advocacy skills training and technical skills training, and, in turn, re-echoed to the grassroots level and on targeted beneficiary communities through the actual conduct of capability-building activities, popular education, advocacy work, research, and sustainable intervention in conflict communities. These are:

MAIN PROGRAMS

Through the main programs, KAMINKAP determines the issues that are prevalent in society today which affects the peoples of Mindanao and how the youth sector may participate as a working partner in addressing such issues, and then defines which of these issues may be carried as a cause by the organization in part or in whole. Each main program: (1) Formulates and streamlines information gathered from researches on the underlying concepts of the field concerned; (2) Integrates these with the organization's cause and its thrusts; (3) Formulates project interventions, missions and activities for the benefit of the Tri-People based on current issues and concerns; and (5) Ensures that these projects, missions and activities are consistent with organizational policies.
