This program aims to familiarize, empower and provide capability build up to young individuals and youth organizations in promoting peace education to their fellow youth and in effectively advocating to local and national stakeholders in respecting and upholding the inherent rights of children and the youth, especially those affected by or involved in conflict. Programmatic thrusts are in:

2. Human Rights Advocacy

3. Human Rights Protection

The framework on Human Rights espoused by the Commission on Human Rights is utilized in the implementation of activities and projects developed under this program.
