This program seeks to orient, empower and capacitate young individuals and youth organizations about the importance of their role in working for genuine and lasting peace in the multi-cultural communities Mindanao. Programmatic thrusts are in the promotion of the following:

This program adopts, among other peace-based frameworks, the framework of the Culture of Peace and Nonviolence developed and promoted by UNESCO, the framework of Conflict Transformation by John Paul Lederach, the framework on Peace Education by Prof. Toh Swee Hin and Prof. Virginia Cawagas, and the Do No Harm Framework of Mary Anderson in the implementation of the activities and projects developed by this program.
