Introduction

Nowadays, being a certified accountant is becoming a must thing to do for accountants-to-be. Unlike the olden days, knowing simple accounting work is already enough to concur the accounting field. The ever competitive and upgrading accounting field has evolved to the level of realising the importance of getting the certified accountant status. As a result, it is very important for accountants-to-be to realise this importance, and the way to work their way up to the level.

This virtual community is designed especially for certified accountants-to-be to clarify their doubts on being how to become a certified accountant. It focus primarily on the two main types of certified accountant course that is available in Australia - Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - as these two is the most sought-after qualified accounting course in Australia. The differences between the two courses will be defined. It will also provide tips for fresh accountants to get used to the accounting field, and also rectify people's perception on accountants' boring and constrained job. Companies who are keen in inviting fresh graduates and university's students to start off in the accounting industry are also warmly welcomed to post their company's job vacancies online. And, people who are interested in being a mentor for the certified accountants-to-be could post their availability online too.

This proposal are mainly categorized into 2 major parts in order to assess the tasks for establishment of this virtual community. The first part examined are the community's areas, needs, and the community's aspects. The second part is to identify the plan, technologies, and strategies for the community being set up.
