Hunting High And Low
Take On Me
The song that gave a-ha world fame. Its unfortunetaly the only one a-ha is remembered for... Doesn't matter though, I love it anyway. The classical synthpart is immortal and contributes to the sound of this absolutely wonderful tune. A perfect pop song.  10 p

Train Of Thought
Very catchy, very 80's.  7 p

Hunting High And Low
Perhaps a-ha's most beautiful song ever. The lyrics and singing are truly worldclass. The last part touches me every time...  9+ p

Blue Sky
A very light song. But it stays in your mind thanks to very good lyrics. FUNNY FACT: A-ha had to change the line "I am dying for a cigarette in the coffe shop" from the demo version to "I am dying to be different in the coffe shop" for the album, just because Warner Bros didn't want their artists to support smoking and drinking...

Living A Boys Adventure Tale
I have read somewhere that this was the first song a-ha wrote, ever. So I get chills everytime I hear it just because of that, but that's not the only reason of course, since the song is great. I like the oboe that is playing sometimes...

The Sun Always Shines On TV
A-ha's second best song. The mix of 80's synth and orchestral powet makes this song so damn good it reaches to new hights in the a-ha world. Don't forget that you need a very good stereo to make this songs extra powerful.  10 p

And You Tell Me
A cute and short song that makes you feel soft...  6 p

Love Is Reason
Happy and catchy song, but of course; very simple.  6 p

I Dream Myself Alive
A true album track. Feels overproduced.  4 p

Here I Stand And Face The Rain
Average, very average...

Album review:
Probably the best debut album I have ever heard. Contains some of a-ha strongest songs, and has earned its star on the music heaven, forever.  8 p
