The National Model United Nations Conference is organized by the National Collegiate Conference Association (NCCA).  The conference works to provide a further understanding of the United Nations and international affairs in general. 

Preparation for the 2004 NMUN Conference:  UNSA has been assigned to represent NIGER in the 2004 NMUN Conference.  This section of the site has links and other information which students may find useful in reseraching and preparing for the conference.

2003 NMUN Conference:  UNSA was given the task to represent the Republic of PERU at the 2003 NMUN conference.  Aside from delegate representations, John Jay students were also asked to comprehensively write papers summarizing Peru�s position to the relevant issues of committees.  Writing the position papers, perhaps, was the most challenging task that UNSA members faced.  UNSA members often stayed in school till midnight while working on the papers.  Please click on the above link to read the position papers from the 2003 NMUN Conference.
