Willkommen Experten.

Personalize your JG26 experience. Your own aircraft page, detailing your personal plane, complete with a graphical illustration. Check it out. Here's an example.

I'll post and update unit biographies here, containing personal information, (as provided) and pilot preferences pertaining to aircraft and ACM. I'll include anything that the Aviator wants the AW public at large to know. The folder is identical to the illustration below. (bottom of the page)

The folder consists of two parts, containing the bio section and the Service Jacket. Personal information is included in the BIO section, while squadron decorations and related materiel will be located in the Jacket. The Jacket is graphic intensive and so I've put it in a different location to speed page loading time. Saves bandwidth.

The folders are navigable, simply click a tab. Select a pilot and go!

Please Note;
These BIO's are your property, we have established them here as a service to our Flugzeugefuhrer. If there is something you would like to see on your BIO, or more importantly, if there's something you want removed, please contact me.

Note; FateX is operating in the capacity of Geschwaderkommodore. Any requests pertaining to membership in JG26 may be directed to him. Drop him a line.

Please include the following information if you do intend to post a BIO on-site. These are simply suggestions.

1. Your real name. If you do not feel comfortable providing personal information, you are in no way obligated to do so. (optional)
2. Family information, i.e., wife, children, where you live, etc. (optional)
3. When Your AW Career Began, i.e., date. Also include specifics such as;

(a) When you started. And How did you find WW II OL
(b) Squadrons you served in. Names, no dates necessary, the more information provided the more detailed and interesting the BIO.
(c) What you like in a squadron. Important, at least, to me.
(d) Why you fly. What keeps you here and why you enjoy spending your time online with us. Once again, very important to us. The more constructive criticism we recieve from our Offitziers, the better the State may serve the People. We remind you, this organization is as much yours as it is ours.
(e) The planes you love to fly and perhaps an explanation of why.
(f) The tactics, tips and special secrets you have learned in using the aircraft you fly. What you consider your strong suit, be it E fighting, knife fighting, angles, etc.
(g) What you would like to learn more about. Indeed, very important to us all. We all can learn and grow from one another.
(h) Any interesting stories, a good laugh or sage advice from on high. We await with baited breath.

The aforementioned items are all suggestions which may help provide us and the AW Community with a better picture of who you are. We of Jagdgeschwader 26 want to begin a relationship based on friendship, mutual respect and common defence. Points are not a priority, neither for that matter, is any other game related statistic. This is your squadron. When you step through the online portal into the doorway of virtual air warfare, we want this to be your home away from home. If it is not, then we have failed you, the State, the People and ourselves.
It must be said that while it is indeed our responsibility to set the temper and tone of this atmosphere, it is the duty of each and every Experten to support his/her kamaraden in this vital aspect of Command, Control and Communication.
We of the RLM/OKL need your input to further develop and foster this environment. Ultimately, our failure to do so will be yours as well.
We cannot operate under assumptions. Indeed, the constant flow of communication from the lowest to highest level is of the utmost importance. This constant criticism from you, our kamaraden, is the bread and butter of this well-oiled military machine. Without it, the Luftwaffe will flag in our struggle against the enemy. We will fall.
It is your duty, your responsibility, to take an active interest in preserving this unit, this command and the JG26. We are the first, last and only line of defence of the People. We need your permission to command and without that consent, we cannot operate. This consent must be freely given in an open atmosphere. Please speak freely.

This is an example of the navigable folders found in each Service Jacket.
