Russian Club

Program Description:
This is one of my most successful and favorite programs. Every Wednesday night I hang out with Russian speaking students and alumni at Hillel. Sometimes we just talk, while at other times we have a special program, a guest speaker, or a movie. The special programs that I have done are:
1. Russian song night
2. “Russian Immigrants’ Contribution to Israeli Culture and Society” with the Milwaukee Community Shaliah, Alon Galron.
3. Russian Cartoon Nights
4. Russian Movie Nights
5. “Meeting by a Fireplace” at the house of a Rabbi Kittner (a Russian Speaking Rabbi).
6. “Russian Love Songs” with Misha Zilbermint (JCSC Fellow Hillels Around Chicago).
