Dance Party, Israeli Style

Program Description:
This was my largest and most successful program of the first semester. We had this program on a Saturday night. It was aimed at everyone, but specifically at students interested in the arts (in this case dance). For this event we received funding from the Student Association at UWM. I reserved a large ballroom, rented professional audio equipment, and invited a DJ. We decorated the room with blue and white balloons and streamers, and had drinks and snacks. During the party we played regular club music, as well as some Israeli dance music. It was raining that night, so we did not get as many people as I expected, but we still had a relatively good turnout (about 30 people came as opposed to 40-50 that I expected).
