Interfaith Shabbat Dinner

Program Description:
This was one of the most successful programs of the year at Marquette. I worked with a student, Adam Abelson, who wonderfully ran most of the program, which in addition to dinner had a discussion of Judaism and a game of “Jewpardy,” a Jewish version of Jeopardy. Since the program was during Lent, when Christians do not eat meat, we had a dairy dinner, with lasagna as the main course. About 30 people came, the majority of them not Jewish.
