Name: Tharok

Tharok was a petty criminal before being involved in an accident that destroyed the entire left side of his body. His life was saved by a surgeon who grafted a robotic chasis to replace his missing half, for which Tharok repaid him by killing him. The cyborg menace is able to connect with computer and security systems and control them. Having been defeated by the Legion on two occasions with his Fatal 5 comrades, Tharok had disappeared upon his escape from prison, only to return with a greatly advanced cyborg half and once again fall in battle with M'Onel. Apparantly he had been used as a carrier for the alien Roboticon race to infiltrate UP space and Earth.

The Empress was imprisoned by her own people after committing mass murder, supposedly based on political motives. When the Legion arrived to release her from prison at the request of UP President Chu, she had murdered all of her guards. She is extremely sadistic and amoral and is trained in "a thousand obscure ways to kill a hundred species". She has become even more dangerous since the Emerald Eye has chosen her as its new host. Fortunately, her own blood-lust often leads to her downfall.
