Indian cities are not planned for the growth experienced in last fifty years. This has given rise to accommodating more than half of the population in slums. This has a great strain on services. There is definitely a need to develop cities for existing population and take suitable measure to stop further growth in city population. Also instead of developing new cities the requirement is to take employment to villages. There is a need to stop migration of people. This shall help in combating danger from outsiders (enemy nations).

Any rule when developed is always with reference to time, place and people. Even if one of the reference changes the rule needs examination and changes if needed. Need of reservations in education and service is solely based on caste system in India. This is a corrective action i.e. giving preference to those who had been denied these facilities for thousands of years. Principle of reservations is not new to the world. This had been and is being practiced in some way or other. Earlier it had been for so called high caste persons now it is for lower caste persons. Reservations today are not just to make it even. No nation can prosper by keeping a section illiterate and poor. Prosperity is needed for all. Else there shall be a group of unsatisfied people who would remain unproductive. Nation cannot have unproductive people. So there is a need to make every one productive. Also making groups in a society gives rise to differences and weakening the society. So aim should be to bring all at the level of their capability and demolish walls of caste system. When caste system is abolished, there shall not be a need for reservations based on caste system.
