Christina's Canines
At Christina's Canines, we strive to raise happy, healthy chihuahuas, miniature dachshunds, and related mixes with excellent temperaments.  Most of our dogs are long haired, and we also specialize in rare coat colors such as blue, lavender, and the merle pattern.  We take great pride in our dogs and the puppies we produce.  Please click on the links at the right to learn more about our philosophy and what we ask of the potential new family of our puppies.

Update as of 5/31/09:

Cricket and Digby successfully bred recently.  Cricket should be due about July 23rd.  She will likely have 3 puppies - each has a 50% chance of being blue merle and 50% chance of being long coat.

Twinkle wasn't supposed to be bred this heat, but Mijo managed to sneak one over the goal line.  Hopefully it doesn't take, but if so, she will be due about the same time.  All those pups will be long coat, some black, some yellow.

Violet was supposed to be bred this heat, but I don't think she was ever tagged successfully.  I am not expecting her to be pregnant.
