Been so long since I blogged hor... went kbox with sweekuan daniel and CQ on her birthday. Realise that sweekuan can really sing! Finally nailed one wish down which is to sing kbox together before NS.

Bought a new DVD player and scan/fax/copy/print for working purpose and i ordered a pair of new spectacles which is very very cool. $150 ok, kinda guilty but it looks great! Bought it at queensway where justin bought his addidas shoes and qiquan bought a long sleeve shirt and did lots of shopping.

Spent so much time at CO that I have not done any homework for the past 2 weeks, even though there's a 60 page report and PR to rush! OMG this is so scary. Been trying to clear rights for the dvd videos and yet, the SAO are so unsupportive. See more work, they say dun wan to do le... really argh! I seen the symphony orchestra, only less than 20 people turn up for practice. The voice ensemble only has 20 members of which only about 5-8 turn up regularly. Let's not even talk about debates... and this saturday suppose to have full combine practice with all guests and full run-through, i'm still getting shocks from people who cannot turn up due to various reasons. gosh... i've already told them to block out these 2 weeks for concert le, block out means block out~! These people just don't get it! Even if you must come back during new year or even hari raya, also must come!

I dunno bah... where got such things in cat high de?! really miss the good old days sia.

Whoa, din realise its been so long since I last blogged. Fixed up Derrick's and Melvin's com after spending the whole day at sim lim and about 1000 dollars of his money. Now his com is soooo good that it can cheong liaoz, just imagine - 3Ghz processor, 512 ddram, $199 WCG video card, new casing, super-drive which is cdrw+dvdrw, speakers with bass~! OMG, the experience is sooo great.

And hor, who has Da Chang Jing vcd arh?! Seems like everyone has converted to DVD le and I'm still using vcd. At sim lim yesterday was also, every enriching sia. P4 now has LGA board liaoz, then hard disk all use SATA now... IDE probably phrasing out real soon. I really want to watch Da Chang Jing~! Be zui gao shang shang gong..

First on Survivor, I cried when Steph lost the immunity challenge and clearly she was very disappointed with herself. She's just... ill-fated and for someone with such great abilities, she only won immunity once. That's quite sad, even though she worked sooo hard! I'm soo gonna miss her ~! Overall this season is quite sucky as compared to the previous and palau, boring cast, bad location and no huge issues. Next season, Survivor: Panama Exile Island~! Feb 2006~!

Today's PR test was just full of crap, wasted my time studying. Argh! Anyway, meemum didn't come school because...haha, red eye because of Mayday. XiaoPang, Angeline and I got free tickets for Wu Yue Tian concert at Expo max pavillion, wow~! The concert was ultra great even though I can only identify about 3 songs out of like...30 songs~ haha. But the rock is the sort that really appeals to me and its so much different than the recording. I actually really appreciate their kind of rock, it's really nice~ Not becoming a fan but they're good la, at least better than 5566. ahha... but after the concert which ended at 12+, getting taxi back home was a nightmare~! All the taxis are either on call or going to the expo queue, which was ultra long. Had to walk to ITE East in order to get a taxi and got home 1+ le. Great concert!

Yesterday had a farewell lunch with Jeremy, Andrew, HinYeung and CBY. Hin Yeung and Jeremy should be going in tomorrow, cby has deferred his ns till march becos he's going to band fest or something. It was very rush, went to orchard for swensen with them and then rush back for class. Then again, the food was very good~! We spent great time catching up and cby is still the same old cby. Apparently Hsien Loong's son also going in NS tomorrow, so should be white horse company bah. All the best to HY, Jeremy and Bert tomorrow.

Then we went children home today, the children hen nan gao. Told mike that we should have played better songs, where got kids listen to rock-a-bye-baby de. When we got there, they said they want Linkin Park lo... very tiring to entertain them sia.

I realised that I lost my cat high school badge today. I hang it on my bag de. Then today had to burst balloons to tie other balloons, so i lend the CO peeps my monitor cat high school badge in my wallet which i bring everyday oso... then had to attend something so ask them to take care of the badge. Ended up... haix, i oso dunno where it is now~ maybe in the rubbish bin oso nobody knows. that one cannot buy de lo, only given to monitors~ very sianz now...

ICA2 for entre is finally over, gosh~ This has been the toughest week in poly so far, rushing project until 3am every night and waking up early for class, it's not even funny. Now that the 30page report is over, the next one would be the 60 pages, omg!

Anyway, yiting eve and I helped huiying's sister to become tour guide for a group of japanese high school students. YT & I team up to guide 10 students, all guys (according to them, their school has 70% guys) and about age 17. Kinda tiring to be tour guide, especially after school where have to rush entre project, yiting was clearly exhausted. We brought them around esplanade, then orchard hereen, takashimaya, dinner at Mac and then far east.

Apparently, haha, some of them dun really like chinese food...so Mac is the universal choice. Reminded me of myself ordering mac at Osaka! It's really an experience so haha, good for them. They're kind of different from what i expected of jap guys (with dyed hair and very fashionable trend) but i dun think they come from the large cities like tokyo, maybe more rural. except for one guy who wore chanel necklace, who is also western jap top GO player...wow~ then again, he's very quiet so must have a great mind, thinking all the time.

According to them, our cds are half the price of theirs~! then again, din really see them buy much. they're so fortunate lo, it's like a National Education program to travel (either domestically to another part of japan or overseas) gosh, moe NE program is no where near theirs.

Communication was a HUGE problem, luckily their English is quite good and i picked up very teeney weeney bit of jap. Then again, they're suppose to experience our culture, so its better if we converse english. Ended up resort to writing hanji (which is traditional chinese) and I can read it and reciprocate (cos the pronunciation is different). MinZheng helped to translate some words also.

Then saw their handphone, 3G de~! Though i have no idea what brand it is, it's very very advance and a few of them had the same brand, so i guess should be quite popular there. They say yoshinoya is very big in japan, haha dun realli like yoshi cos the portion very small. Overall, it was a very very fun experience and felt sad they had to leave and I couldn't like see them off at the airport or what (cos hav to rush entre!) but next friday still got another group...looking forward, haha!
