I think my short-term memory is getting worse. Forgot 2 very important things today which is to pass up my consent form for poly forum and pass a cd. On the way to school, I still remembered, then later forgot. Haix... guess im too busy. Don't think I can finish the list of things to do during holiday. Boohoohoo! There's so much more tv to watch...Amazing Race, Villa Wellness, Survivor, Lost, Super Funkies. Always luv the fall season, haha. 

Tried playing Goonzu, quite a fun and cute MMORPG. Still can play stock market and trade properties, tho i haven learn yet. Hmm...

25th Sept
Hafta admit that this month probably has the lowest number of posts. Even though I'm having holidays but I'm still very busy as always. Here's a brief summary of what happened:

Had a CO meeting yesterday and the freshies are looking quite promising. I've got a few people in mind to take over after I step down (pretty soon) but wont reveal it. Concert preparation really has a lot of things to do, hopefully i can cope with it after school reopens.  

Played pool, somehow I got better though I haven played it for a loooong time. Last time I played it was probably in March at Cat High. Maybe it was sheer luck. Certainly lots to improve.

Talking about Cat High, did I mention we're in band 1 meaning Top 10! Technically top 4 but if we include the 6 IP schools it makes 10. OK i'm hao lian but ya~ so glad gong jiao made it. No fanfare though, cos its expected. When I chatted with sweekuan, his first reaction was "kinda expected also". If anyone studies psychology, would someone please explain why we think this way? 

Its exactly the same when I got back my results this sem. Well, I kinda deproved but kinda expected cos this sem very slack. Another classic example was when CO got gold w/o honors, we all know our standard is up to gold but they're hoping to get honors (actually hak boon is) then got gold but they all sian sian... gold... kinda expected. In a good way, its great fighting spirit to reach the top but in a bad way, we're never happy. Choir got honors but they're not happy cos they know they're top 3, but there were 7 choirs w honors... the honors devalue~ 

Yup, the moe devalue poly diploma cert. No need to take N levels or even O levels in a few years, anyone can get a poly cert. Devalue~! Better stop or else i get charged with sedition act and go jail.

Computer still... haix.  Anyway, was at Terrence's place waiting for Survivor at 1pm when the ch5 display technical difficulties with the satellite feed and has to be delayed. Waited until 2 pm and it still hasn't broadcast. Luckily I did watch the 10pm show and omg, Stephanie won immunity challenge, so happy for her.

I actually finished a book called The Rising from the Left Behind series. Other than school, that's pretty much what I'm doing, cos no money le. Then again, I'm out of house most of the time also!

Been having weird dreams lately. Like one where I was half awake and dreamt about having brush my teeth and being awake already. Then other weird dreams which I can't remember rite now. Argh! Maybe becos my com is spoilt, translating to me not being myself. Next month going JB for poly forum, really wonder how i'm gonna survive the 3 days at the hotel. 

I've got the theme - A place for everyone at the poly forum, mainly handicapped people. hate getting this theme, not that im not having sympathy but i mean... they can jus go audition for any JueDui-Superstar and win a contract anything, even if they use a lot of nasal voice, you know... whateva they sing will be 'touching!'. Yup, im extremist when it comes to such things, remember how i resisted drinking coke because they had double standards and disqualified Franchie Davis on AI2... till now im still resisting coke (hypocrits!).

11th Sept
Watched the Katrina concert today, quite boring but they have class la. No stunts and hordes of "CALL 1900..." or any low class stuff. The singers there I can't recognize most of them... how come dun hav kelly clarkson?! So long haven seen her perform leh. I'm glad to announce that she has 4 singles on various charts!!! She won the best pop video and best female video at MTV Video Music Awards! Meaning shes the best female singer out there now! Woohoo!!!

I know I haven been blogging but not my fault. Computer cannot use. End up going out or watching tv or playing mahjong instead. The things to do are relatively lesser nowadays. Mahjong wif my dad is a frustrating thing cos he uses his unofficial rules that he plays while i play the wu-zhong-xian version as i always do wif frens...argh!

 Jonathan suggest BBQ for debates, oh no!  Singapore is really boring~! Movies, chalet, bbq, movies, chalet, bbq with occasional pool n bowling... 

IF can, I want to go backpack and eat around malaysia. Climb some mountain or canoe. Or simple things like sit in coffee bean and talk till midnight. dunno la, im hard to please~ lolx.. but as long as its things that people dun usually do.

4th Sept
Congrats to Kelly got getting Universal Contract. Luckily Kelly Fan Club purposely last minute don't vote to secure the contract. Smart move! Now I'm listening to kelly's song over the contests. Her costumes were simply amazing, especially the military uniform and the $3000 wedding gown and $5000 necklace! My first impression of the clothings was -Ayumi Hamazaki (altho still a far cry bcos of budget).

So much things to do on the list but no time leh... like going to change my passport! Another thing is to watch my tv shows! That's 1/2 a season of Charmed, 2 seasons of TSL and 3 seasons of Apprentice! Pray hard that there's no more Katrina or 9/11 or else the fall season will get affected! Namely, Survivor (Mr. Wang: You're still watching that show arh?) and TAR. 

Yesterday so happened to be at J8 and saw Star Idol (its really SO HAPPENED! not on purpose de, you can ask Terrence n felicia) and it was not too bad la. Overdose of all these talent-search competitions.

Then the Jian Zhi (i think is producer or director) was quite harsh during the questioning. Christopher Lee was nicer (Rachel: Really?! OMG! Was Fann Wong there as well?) to the participants. Maybe bertinus and brandon should have gone there, they're drama de after all.

Happy Teachers' Day! 

Yesterday I woke up late, den rushed to Cat High and realize that the performances over le :( so went to look for teachers lo. The moment I entered school, saw 2 blue security guards at a reception desk. Have to register wor!

Used my bro's ezlink card, so dun have my tertiary de. Luckily I have the sec sch card in my wallet. So I simply like made noise in front of the guard about them la! Mark was there and he agreed oso, so we both give them face lo. Then the security guard say "There's more old boys than those studying". Later realize is  STUPID MOE! SO TIGHT SECURITY FOR WHAT?! Kinda pity the 2 guards la, have to kena stare by all the old boys. 

Later my juniors tell me that the UN will place 5 art monument around the world in 5 continent. The monument in ASIA will be in Singapore and of all places - Cat High. Dunno to be happy or sad, so much security and have to put security cameras around the school...

Saw the teachers... as usual Mrs Chung is the most popular teacher! Many many new teachers around also. Met Saras, WangJiunn, Leech, Mr. P and long lao shi (who returned frm Taiwan and going Korea in Dec!). Then Long lao shi complain that the teachers have to wait until noon for retreat, soo long... she wanna play mahjong! Whoaha, then me justin alvin charlie wen tao oso going play mahjong~ So I fix with her, zicheng's birthday we all play mahjong together! 

Then quite a number of old boys frm my batch came back. Most apparently preparing for prelims and As while some retained (poor thing), some jus finished napfa (stress me only~!). Micheal Feng came back from Aussie to serve NS le. Everyone got new life now~ Wang Jiunn suggest that we all should gatherings before enter NS. 

OBA organised a lunch retreat for all the teachers (pri & sec). But subject heads and hak boon having meeting. Waited for mneo for 2 hours, finally her majesty arrived. We all crowded around and catch up lo, haha. Then found a handphone, khengpang called the home number.

KP: "Hi, we found this handphone at Catholic High. We'll return it"
 The women said "This is a registered number!" 
KP: "No no, we found this handphone. How do we return it?"
KP: "Har, bring to Toa Payoh?"
Mneo: "We're already returning the phone, there should be a line drawn to how much we can help."
KP: "We'll leave it in the General Office of Cat High and your son can collect it."

Guo fen lo, return the phone still must BRING to her. She should come down and take it and say thank you la! 

Then the 4-4s went for lunch, peng fei crapping his usual crap. Found out from Andy Lee that the AJice uncle died, so the store given to someone else. So sadz... After that, went to play mahjong at justin's house. They're gonna have their 2nd prelim le, so hav to mug hard lo.
