Not only will you find the training that so many of us have poured our hearts in to, You will also find how to make things, how to heal a wounded person, and will also learn about Northern customs and the differences between us and our southern sisters.

Thank you to all of the girls who have helped gather this information for us to share. This has been a labour of love for so many of us bondmaids, and it seems like thank you just isn't the right word for all the hard work we have done!
