Once again, CrazyA has been pouring over cookbooks and hitting up his friends for recipes!..Here is Yet another one from him. Enjoy!!

Hey did you ever want to taste a good Lasagne!!! Well you just found it, TRY IT i am sure you will love it, and don't be afraid to try the rest of the recipes that Glynda has on her pages, there GREAT and i know you will be coming back for more. This one came from one of my mom's friends, she lives in Hillsburg, Ont. Cananda. Her name is Diana..so here is

DIANA'S LASAGNE

Brown 1 lb. ground beef and drain fat
1 13 oz. can tomatoes with 1/2 the liquid drained
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz. raw lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles and rinse in cold water.
Add to browned ground beef remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Make a layer of noodles in a large baking pan, then spread 1/2 the sauce mixture on top and then another layer of noodles and then 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 lb. of mozzarella cheese followed by another layer of noodles and the remaining sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. (As much as you like.)
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

CANNELLONI

This one i found in the local newspaper, (Janice Walls Guelph, Ont, Canada). If you like PASTA you will love this one. It's simple, inexpensive, and tastes excellent. Try it, you will like it !!!!

1 pkg. cannelloni noodles
Filling:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup onion chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach cooked, drained and chopped
3 cups ham, finely chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg.
White Sauce:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
Tomato Sauce:
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Cook noodles. Saut� onions in butter until soft. Stir in spinach, cook until moisture is gone. Remove from heat, add ham, cheeses, egg and seasoning to taste. Stuff the noodles and place in casserole dish with 1/2 cup tomato sauce in bottom of dish. Cover cannelloni with white sauce and top with remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
