Manchester City midfielder David Beckham has hinted that he could be prepared to quit the club at the end of the season, amid reports linking him with a move to the MLS. The former England captain and global icon Beckham, stunned the world when he quit Real Marid to join the bitter rivals of his boyhood club Manchester United. Endless speculation about his future has followed him during his tenure in the GI. French star Henry is eager to link-up with old pal Anelka again and is desperate for Spurs to go out and make an enquiry for the ex-Arsenal and Real Madrid ace. Speaking to the GI Times and asked who he'd like to see arrive at Whit Hart Lane in the coming weeks, Henry was quick to suggest the majestic Anelka, whos been on good form since returning to the City of Manchester Stadium. Its highly unlikely that City would want to sell their most prized asset but Spurs may try and tempt them with a 20,000,000 bid in the next few weeks. |
