Just a few weeks after expressing his desire to leave the club, Robbie Keane has now said hes willing to stay at Blackburn Rovers and help them climb up the league. According to sources inside the club, manager Guus Hiddink has held talks with Robbie Keane and has persuaded the Irish striker to stay at Ewood Park. Keane originally stated his desire to leave the club along with fellow attacker Ruud van Nistelrooy. Both have been linked with moves to Aston Villa but as of yet, no concrete offer has been made. While van Nistelrooy looks more than likely to leave the club, Keane will now remain after the conversation with Hiddink. |
