The next morning, as the party travelled east in search of the Dryad's holy site, they were shadowed by a mysterious elven Ranger. Session 9: "They've Got Us Surrounded...The Poor Bastards..."
-
The party was undecided on whether to punish the halfling for a seemingly unprovoked attack. Instead, they forced the halfling to surrender his weapons while the group returned to the hill to investigate further. While searching, a nearby tree animated and crushed Kyte. In the ensuing battle, the party suffered heavily but destroyed the tree and set it ablaze with a flask of burning oil. The party fled further down the hill untill Niclaus and Ivaleus could determine a way to cleanse the site of the evil taint.

-Day 28- The Month of Flamerule
Session 10: "Ritual Magics"
-
While the party rested and planned for the cleansing of the unholy site, they were visited by a tiny fey creature, who gave them many gifts from the Dryads. Thanking it for the gifts, Ivaleus and Niclaus then began their attempt to disrupt the evil taint on the site. While they casted, the party was attacked repeatedly by evil fey, Maya, and a corrupted treant. The attempt to cleanse the site was twice disrupted, but the clerics succeeded on the third try. (The charm, one might say...) With the curse lifted, the air cleared and the pool stilled to a calm ripple. The spell was a success; the site was cleansed again!
