The Four-Way Test

Of the things we think, say or do:

  1. Is it the TRUTH?

  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

CP Don campaigns hard for cluster formations to keep charter members intact

CP Don campaigned for the formation of clusters among charter members to keep them intact, in view of the sudden shift from eClub to that of being a regular club. CP Don and CS Salvie together with other club officers will go out of their way and meet with other charter members in places close to their work and at days most convenient to them, to make sure that we can meet personally, develop friendship, learn more about Rotary, discuss club projects and pursue service opportunities.

Let us support the proposed adjustments and help make them work

So much enthusiasm was generated during our formative stages as the Probationary Rotary eClubONE3780. The advantages offered by an eClub's unique operation had encouraged us to join despite of our busy schedules and lifestyles. In fact, we found the eClub's unique mechanics as the only way to be able to join Rotary. (You may view our club's history in our club website.)

It is understandable therefore for our charter members to find it hard to reconcile their schedules with the sudden shift into a regular club operation. Adjustments were immediately proposed to correct the situation and save charter members from losing interest in participating in the club's activities.

Other measures include visiting other eClubs and making make-up attendance for two weekly meetings or attending for make-up in other Rotary clubs near them, conducting club business in the internet and agreeing on a common time to log-on and chat concerning club matters.

Few muscles in the body wield more power than the little one inside the mouth. Leaders who understand this can greatly increase their influence.
