Rotary Club Honors Metro Manila Street Sweepers
The Rotary Club of Biak-na-Bato, District 3780, in cooperation with the DILG and MMDA, awarded tihs year's Ten Outstanding Metro Manila Cleanliness Aides. This is the second year that the Rotary Club of Biak-na-Bato has given honors and public recognition to the excellent performance of those engaged in what others perceive as the lowliest job in government service.
