The whole cooling system can operate in most cases using natural circulation (already mentioned at the description of the Main Cooling System) with or without evaporation and can start in case of fire without necessity of any intervention. If, however, due to insufficient sections or slopes of the cooling channels the natural circulation could not secure everywhere an adequate cooling then the flow rates can be intensified by appropriate circulating pumps.
