The U.P.A is an coalition of clans whose goals are closely intwind. All of the clans that are members of the U.P.A follow thier own path and have thier own laws and goals. The members of the alliance however band together and help each other in time of needs. All of the clans primary objectives is to help other people in the world of Vana'Diel and help to bring peace to the people. (Basically all of the members of the UPA want to kick evils ass)
