Windusrt is the most beautiful of all of the areas of Vana'Diel as the buildings are actualy grown out of biomass by combining the knowledge that the Mithra posses of the natural world and the knowledge that the Taru-Taru possess of magic.

The Federation of Windurst is located south of Sarutabaruta and is known for being the location with the best combination of people and nature. There are many rivers, bridges, natural greenery that surround the houses in this area. This land was said to be founded by the TaruTaru. After the war, the city was decadent and dying. With the help of the Mithra, the city was able to stand on its feet once again.

This nation is kept together by the many and varied Taru-Taru tribes and the scientific Mithra whom also reside in the city and co-exist with the Taru-Taru. The Taru-Taru immensely powerful magic and the knowledge which the Mithra posses on nature have rejuvenated the capital of windurst and has almost completely recovered it from the war.

The rejuvenated city which has been created is vast and alive and was created by using organic materials combined with magic. These cities seem to blend naturally with the environment around them making this Windurst one of the most beautiful places in Van'Diel. The Taru-Taru continually develop thier magical abilities like the Mithra who continually refine thier knowlewdge on nature and science.
