| 21 Feb 03 Been using this really cool, all natural Henna tattoo paste called Saima Cone, which is exported from Pakistan. Costs like $3.20 from where my friend bought it from (rose from $1.90) and I suppose it's worth it. I mean the tube has quite a lot of the Henna inside it so yeah. One of my friends at school brought it to school one day it's like slowly starting a craze between our classes I tell ya. lol. Like in our graphics class today, two or so of the 5 guys we have in our class were getting it done (and this is like some pretty valuable class time to work on their MDP's but hey, whatever *shrugs* lol). Basically there's a small tube where the paste comes out of, you draw your designs on, wait till it dries, wipe off the tatt's with tissue paper or something, wash excess and within 24 hours the Henna slowly darkens. It's pretty cool, and lasts for probably weeks. My foot almost got all covered with the stuff! Okay so I got carried away, what's wrong with that? =� Hehe... got the words E V I L and L I V E on my fists too. lol. School went by pretty fast today. I guess because I finished at like 12:30pm contributes to that annoying facade in which I seem to be so gullible to. =) Had like 3 periods of math in the morning, then a free (which I spent in the library reading the SMH) and two periods of graphics afterwards. It just really sucks that it takes 1 & 1/2 hours for me to get home by public transport! It's screwed, I swear. And I miss out on about 1/2 hour of Once and Again! Sheesh! ;-) 22 Feb 03 Don't you just hate it when you've slept late the night before and have to wake up early the next morning?! I mean it's all this while your energy is still going through a status of rejuvenation, especially on weekends when I know I can sleep in. >:-( Anyway I'm like drained already... 23 Feb 03 Okay I understand that my parents don't speak English all too well and I should cut them some slack and help them out wherever I can. But I mean who says Germanese? I've never heard of that word until my mum mentioned it (I was watching U-571). Apparently she's not the only one who calls a German, Germanese. I think I might have heard of that word before when I was on vacation in Thailand, but I just didn't take much notice. It's strange� I mean they couldn't have made it up from the words Chinese or Cantonese or Vietnamese or Portuguese [or� you get the point] could they� Oh yeah, god I really stuffed up on that whole Henna thing. I [suddenly] had the urge to get rid of the words L I V E and E V I L, so I was like watching TV and the next thing I knew, I did some patterns on and around my fingers. OMG man, the spontaneity in that decision resulted in something that looked much worse than just the word "evil"� *sobs* why oh why� my poor [and oh-so-obvious-patterned] hand� =( I got school tomorrow too... and like I said... Henna lasts for weeks... :-\ 26 Feb 03 A dog spooked me this arvo. It was like huffin' and puffin' past my window. No wonder I heard this freakish 5 min. scream from one of the neighbours... or was it another dog... Well I didn't go to school yesterday. Woke up feeling woozy so I stayed at home to rest some more. I should like get some meds for my condition. It's called Minor Thalasthemia (SP? that's how it sounds like) and is similar to being Anaemic. Found this out a while ago and it's been genetically passed down from my father's side. We're lacking in iron so that therefore makes me tire easily and it's such a bummer at that because I love staying up late! Ack... Anyway, my Henna (the one that ruined my fingers) are surprisingly fading pretty quickly and now it just looks like 1st Degree burns. *inserts sarcastic tone* Hooray! It's turning out well, I've always wanted people to think I was crazy, like maybe willing-to-stop-blood-flow-from-fingers-with-elastic-bands kinda crazy? ;-) *rolls eyes* Welps, that's the unpleasant side effect of not thinking. lol. 28 Feb 03 Okay so I found out yesterday that Buffy will no longer exist after this season because SMG�s contract with the show is up at the end of S7 and she�s planning to focus on her movie career. *sigh* It�s hard to let go and all� especially since I�ve only recently caught up with it again (saw S1-S3, missed out on S4 altogether, saw most of S5-all of S6, and currently viewing S7)... but all is well because Joss won�t have the show finish up like the �X-Files�! lol. Their ending sucked of the breaths of a crappy-9-seasoned-Sci-Fi-show. *che!* (nice one Jaq, now you got me using that expression too! Tehehe...) But yeah, if they go all out for the show in the end, I will finally be complete. =) Oh, hehe� there�s like two of my friends that have nicknames and barely anyone knows about it or even uses it as one. One�s Pam-face and the other�s Sam-face. I forgot how it started but they call each other in attempt to [jokingly] insult one another, as well as using it as a greeting. Well anyway, one of the friends (a closer one) asked me to help �gang up� on the other, but seriously if someone asked me to do that sort of thing, as if I�d do it! lol. Somehow it always comes out wrong. lol. So like Kay says Pam-face, PiKe says Sam-face and I�m just sitting there cracking up at the whole thing, then Kay�s like �KAREN!� and gave me this look like "say Pam-face man!" and you can imagine how awkward that word �Pam-face� came outta my mouth by that time. lol. It was like one of those spontaneous 2-minute things, but it�s definitely something to remember. =D Today though, there wasn�t much to tell really� only went to school for math because we had free periods for Graphics, then the rest for me is like free anyway. I usually finish at 12:30pm on Fridays ya see so yeah. It�s just [plain and simple] sh**ty how it takes me like 1� hours to get back home with public transport and 15 minutes by car. Piss me off� Ack! Another weekend trying to do some work with the TV and the Internet distracting me and a vision of not completing my MDP in time! =� Ohhh� life�s little pleasures. ;-) |
