Invitation to Ball

Fifth Rascal Ball -- 1999

The Fifth Rascal Ball was held on February 6, 1999 at Mitchell's Restaurant. Lair Director Mark Miller was the evening's master of ceremonies. Dan Morrison offered a one-man drama, "A Midwinter's Night of the Living Dead Dream" -- a review the future deaths of each Rascal. Vic Norman was named Rascal o' the Year and received the beautiful trophy emblematic of that great honor. David McFadden received his J. Z. Landgraf medal for winning the 1998 Mass Challenge. There was dancing.
