Bob became a member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R on. He is a signer of the RR&R Constitution. Bob completed his Rascals Challenge at the First Quarter 1998 meeting at which he gave a presentation on a man who tried to elude the devil by being buried on the border of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
