This meeting was held on at March 21, 1998 at Max's Allegheny Tavern. Bob Edmunds brough back the story of Judge Reddick of Beaver County, a man who feared the devil would steal his soul, so he had himself buried on the West Virginia/Pennsylvania so that should the devil come from the Pennsylvania side, he could escape out through West Virginia, and vice versa.
