Lee is a charter member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R. He is a signer of the RR&R Constitution. Lee completed his Rascal's Challenge at the 4th Quarter 1996 meeting. He was named Rascal o' the Year at the 1998 Rascals' Ball. Lee won the 2000 Mass Challenge by proving beyond all doubt that Pope John XII is the Rascal of the Bi-Millenium. He is a licensed psychologist and retired from a long and productive career both in private practice and at a major research hospital.
