Tim was introduced to the RR&R by Dennis Looney and became a member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R on September 18, 1999. He is a writer by trade and won the 1999 J. Z. Landgraf prize at the 1999 Mass Challenge. He made his Rascal's Challenge presentation at the Third Quarter 2002 meeting of Lair No. 1. He was present at the very first meeting of Lair No. 3 on November 11, 2000. In 2020, Esaias was elected a Non-Resident Member of Lair No. 3.
