Vic became a member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R on some date known only to God. He explored the sewers of Pittsburgh to complete his Rascal's Challenge, an adventure he reported on at the Third Quarter 1998 meeting. Vic won the Rascal o' the Year trophy in 1999. He is a computer scientist.
