Important Outcomes

           14th May 2003 - EC Meeting

**** Virginia Gill will be coordinating the DSCA Tutoring Scheme ****
         Scheme set to start in Term 2
         Email has been sent out.
         Newsletter article is required to be sent in by Monday 26th.

**** The EC has proposed the following positions be introduced into the committee at the next AGM ****
       » Publicity and Fundraising officer
       » The role as Web Designer and Editor will be separated
       » The role as Activities and Membership officer may also be separated
       » This will involve additions and changes in the DSCA constitution. More details need to be discussed at the next EC meeting.

**** Open Night ****
       » It was agreed that it would be better served that Mr. Allen mentioned the existence of the alumni rather than the EC organising an event that wouldn't amount to much use.

Unresolved Issues From Previous Meetings

March 2003 - EC Meeting

**** Interest in hosting a career's night has been revived. Sarah Khor will put forward a proposal for talks aimed at introducing Yr 12s to university life. Past students who have volunteered from last year will be required to assist in giving their perspective of university life. ****
