I am lucky I did not believe I had gone off the rails and was mentally disturbed. Though I had enough reason to come to that conclusion and believe the specialist, that my mind was not thinking straight. I am lucky I was lead to other experts who realised it was spirits actually making contact through me. I like so many others could have taken the drugs prescribed to me and vegetated in a mind that could not think for itself. For that is what the tablet did to me. It was spirits who told me to write about my experiences. This story is here to help others, who need to know that help is out there. Spirit talks to many people in different ways, when my husband died and he decided I needed my life changing, the messages came too strong and fast I could not keep pace with them. Now they are carefully taking their time with me and I am gradually gaining confidence in them. I hope I do my job well.
