The Mary Immaculate Children's Center, Inc. owned and administered by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Hearts is a licensed and accredited child- caring institution founded in the year 1988. It is located at Grotto Compound, Bgy. Graceville, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It caters to abandoned, neglected, orphaned and indigent female children and youth, aging from 3-16 years old.

The center focuses on helping, empowering and guiding children and youth who are living in extreme poverty and in difficult circumstances. Deeply concerned with their education, they slowly constructed a charitable school with the help of other people through grants and donations. Further, it is their desire to save young Filipinos from illiteracy, deviancy and violence which often occurs to the youth who were deprived of knowledge, understanding, values and

culture.
