Chili Con Queso Dip

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz block fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. chili powder
6 oz. light Velveeta cheese, cubed or grated

Drain both cans of tomatoes in a colander set over a bowl, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; set aside. Heat oil in a medium saucepan and add onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Add cream cheese and cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, reserved liquid and chili powder; bring to a boil. Add Velveeta; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and well blended. Serve warm with baked tortilla chips or raw vegetables.

Creamy Taco Dip

2 8-oz packages Philadelphia Fat Free cream cheese
1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 cup chunky salsa (your choice of mild, medium, hot)
1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) shredded Kraft reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/3 cup ripe olives

In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in taco seasoning, parsley flakes, and salsa. Add cheddar cheese and olives. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
Serving Size: 1/3 cup

Green Hills Guacamole

1 cup DANNON� Natural Plain Yogurt
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 fresh plum tomato, diced

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with diced tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serving size: 1/4 cup
