2002 Visit to the Philippines |

Wednesday, 15th January 2003 - We did feed the children again yesterday and again this morning. I couldn't be at the feeding this morning, as I had to go to the hospital
(just a bug) - blood tests done - no problems, just some rest, which I am
taking. |
|
|

Below are some photos of our feeding yesterday. Seeing the children from the village eating eggs, rice and others is something to behold. They have never tasted again as nice. We decided to give them the choice of salt or sugar with their meal, they all took sugar - wonder why! |

We put the electrical wiring into the pre school this morning - using one of Dave,s workers who is a licenced electrician. Mrs Boldazarno was thrilled to think that shortly she will have lights.

I bought Mrs Ezperenza, Gertrude and another lady a new dress, they were all thrilled to think that someone from overseas would even consider them. They are used to us looking after the kids but not personally for them. |
