(JOFUS) -- As Ebay records record sales of nuclear material, President Bush is continuously stepping in to halt nuclear research programs.

In a recent address to the U.N. Security Council, President Bush continued to ask for international sanctions and a halt to the nuclear research program of Lower Slobovia. This comes just a week after asking for similiar restrictions being lower on Iran.

"Allowing these nations to have nuclear power can only habor more terror and cost American lives," Bush pointed out in his address.

Despite a population of 6,969 people, the Lower Slobovia government points out that nuclear power is a necessity to distance itself from the price gouging Upper Slobovians from who they purchase their power.

Meanwhile the Ebay user k1ll7h31nf4d3ls, whom JOFUS sources have traced to Jihadistan, auction sniped representatives of Lower Slobovia for yet another 6kg of uranium. The seller, discount_nukes, appears to be auctioning off nuclear stores from the former Soviet republic of Turkmenistan. He has a seller rating of 12354 with 98% positive and several "A++ quality glow" feedbacks left.

Jihadistan was on the President's list of nations haboring terrorists back in March of last year, but was removed for undisclosed reasons. Jihadistan already has plans in place to build a uranium enrichment plant, a plutonium enrichment plant, a heavy water facility and is opening a bomb designing school next month.
