I actually wanted to become a famous fashion designer, creating great clothes, work with exotic supermodels, travel all over the world and .. *drum rolls pls* work with Gianni Versace... Imagine my shock when I read in newspaper that HE died! :(

So, after I had graduated from secondary (high) school, I didn't even think of Form 6 ('A' Levels) as I thought I was going to take up fashion design course. Alas, my then-buddy-in-fashion decided to enroll without me at a local fashion college & later complained to me that the school sucked! As I didn't have enough money to study fashion - hey, need to buy a lot of fabrics, magazines & sewing machine! - I decided to give Computer Science a try. I had hated computers then. I must have been crazy or kidnapped by 1 of those aliens in The X-Files. Well, I thought of learning something and understand more about computers then I wouldn't hate (or scared of) them so much. Hey, a lot of people fear the unknown and some even get butterflies when u mention tech-no-logy.

Now (after 3 1/2 years) I can't live without using my PC at least once in 2 days! :) Although there are times when I just want to hit the computer when it didn't work exactly as I wanted, and bored to death by (sometimes, sometimes) monotonous lectures, I actually enjoyed my course at FTMS - De Montfort University, a local college and wished that I still have more modules to learn...

Now, I had taken my last exam in BSc (Hons) Degree in CS (not Counter Strike but Computer Science) and searching for work... :) I miss school life! You know, like when you are studying, you'd wish for holidays or work but when you are supposed to be working, you'd think that studying is the coolest thing - ever! :) At the same time, I can't wait to explore the jungles of servers, multimedia, applications out there, exposed to learning new stuff, meeting new people, writing creative programs and gaining experiences in IT.

My project included the bird park's Virtual Tour using CyberWorld, web technologies (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Omni HTTPD, etc) and multimedia (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, sound editing)

Interests

Besides Net surfing on the lists of links available in this site, I also have a life. Hah! Not to say that people who are surfing online have no life at all.. Hey, don't get mad, u'll get old faster! :)

Reading! Newpapers, magazines like CLEO, Reader's Digest, etc and books from Jayne Ann Krentz, Iris Johansen, etc. more...

Watching movies and tv. more...

Oh yeah! I am always on the lookout for interesting mag articles/ editorials... so, if u know something interesting, keep me informed! 10x!

Also searching for portal/web hosting service that would enable PHP scripts - for free!
