All links are in colours and underlined:

Light blue for unvisited links
Light grey for visited links
Red for active links (when you are there)
Cyan when mouse is over link

If u want to know the link's real address as opposed to the page's name, move your mouse over it and the Url (address) is displayed at the bottom left of the browser.

Oops! Where was the previous page? If you want to go back to the previous window, just click on Back in the browser bar using ur mouse or the Backspace key in ur keyboard.

The top frame has links to main sections of this site. Once u've got into 1 of the main sections at the top, the page would be displayed at the bottom part of the frame. On the left is the section's navigation - for u 2 go to sub-section, if there are sub-sections. Since some of the pages are very long, u don't need to scroll too much - just click on the sub-section to navigate on the left frame.

If u want to go to several links at the same time, right click the link and select Open In New Window because in some browsers, the latest link that u click would replace the previous link/page.
