BBQ at Enseada de PalmasUnlike our competition, we always charter on a full board base - and we mean top quality full board !  Pending availability, most items listed below, if not all of them, will be freshly stored aboard one day before we start our sailing adventure.

You are also encouraged to add, change, or request special brands or supplies (at eventual extra cost), or even bring your personal reserve wine or champagne for that special occasion. A general likes and dislikes preference list is available for download - all you have to do is complete that form and e-mail it to us.

Storage and space restrictions aboard require special care and attention in the supplies' selection. Inadequate packages that leak or break, much too ripe fruits and veggies, etc. need to be avoided. That's why we don't want you to worry about this: everything will be correctly packed and stored by the time you come aboard.

And, by the way: the complimentary top quality pinga from Paraty to prepare Caipirinhas, a fair amount of beer, and a couple of bottles of quality red wine (usually Chilean) will always be included !

Important note: depending on the season, some of the listed supplies can eventually be unavailable, and are subject to replacement by similar items without prior notice.
