Hi everyone! Hope all you MUFONistas are looking forward to Spring - it's just around the corner! The Cup and saucer is once again under construction for this quarter, adding articles and links to keep your mind active. The book club has continued to have lively meetings once a month at the Royal Restaurant and there is always engaging conversation on all manner of topics, and not always on the chosen reading materials! The government could use some of the paranoid ideas that we can generate, albeit far out, as you may expect only MUFONistas can spout. That being stated, it is a great way to spend your Saturday morning. By all means feel free to join us and offer up your own ideas and do so with folks that will actually listen. The Coffee is pretty good as well!
I am glad to report that Dr.Phil's hard work at getting the spring speaking engagements on board and he's graciously given us a NEW written contribution of his own. Click here to view Dr. Phil's contribution or check out our members section for his insightful article. Last year's lectures with Bud Hopkins and Anna Jamerson were informative and enjoyed by all. Everyone was particularly impressed with Anna's story - it was compelling to say the least. April 22 will bring Leslie Kean to NCCC for 2 lectures at 12:30pm and 7pm. Save the date!
Ah ya gotta love curiosity, it may have killed the cat but I bet the cat would have enjoyed the ride. We've seen some new faces at the bookclub meetings and really want to encourage you to share this website with anyone that has a sincere interest in the UFO phenomenon.
The last Bi-anual MUFON meeting held at NCC was informative as well We heard some great reporting of local cases and discussion on the same. Ray Ranek does a tremendous job telling us about the cases currently being investigated and this shows us the investigators hard work is well worth listening to. This helps us to remain up to date and well informed. We're definitely looking forward to this years meeting.
Well I could go on but I think that you Ms. or Mr. reader should just attend and see for yourself what goes on at these MUFON meetings, first hand, up close and personel. Keep reading, pass the word on about our little publication and if you know of anyone interested in reading or contributing have them contact us and we will be happy to add their Email to our group. If you haven't yet joined MUFON think about doing so. You will never meet a more intresting group of people.
