Review:
Not a pretty sight! A convoluted plot involving a group of evil men bent on world domination. To this end, they have kidnapped the inhabitants of Infant Island, taken them to their remote island headquarters, and are forcing them to work as slave labor. Why don't the Islanders leave the island and get help? Well, it seems the evil people control a giant mutated lobster named "Ebirah" who eats anyone attempting to leave the island! All is not lost, though -- it seems that, unbeknownst to the bad guys, Godzilla just happens to be sleeping in a cave on the island. Of course, when Godzilla awakes, he has this terrible craving for seafood... Oh, did I mention that Mothra shows up in the nick of time to transport all the natives off the island before the whole place explodes? Although some of the fight scenes between Godzilla and "Larry the Lobster" are fun, Godzilla isn't even in most of the movie, and when he finally does makes his appearance, he bears a striking resemblance to "Cookie Monster" from Sesame Street!
