Nov. 9, 2006: Bowie sang
Wild is the Wind, plus Fantastic Voyage and then Changes (with Alicia Keys) at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NY. I was there. Great evening for a very worth cause -Keep a Child Alive..
Nov. 2006: David has a role in the movie The Prestige.
May 29, 2006: Bowie sang 2 songs at the Royal Albert Hall with Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour.
Sept. 2005: Bowie sang
Life on Mars, and then Five Years and Wake Up with the band Arcade Fire at Fashion Rocks show in NY on Sept. 8. Then on Sept. 15th he again joined the Arcade Fire at their Central Park, NY show to do Queen Bitch and Wake Up.
July 2005: Bowie has a new song (She Can) Do That on the soundtrack to the movie Stealth.
Aug. 2004:
The Reality tour is over.  A DVD of the Nov. Dublin shows will be out Oct. 19, 2004.
April, 2004:
Bowie has resumed his N. American Reality tour. I caught him in Boston on March 30th and saw an excellent show in Quebec City on April 4th.
Dec. 15, 2003: Bowie played Montreal
Sat. to finally open his N. American tour. I went and it was a very good show. See my Main Page for the set list  AND the reschedule dates for the 5 postponed shows!
Dec. 8, 2003: Bowie has finished his European tour. I went to the last 5 shows - go here for pics from Dublin. The 1st FIVE shows of his N. American tour in Atlantic City, DC, Boston Toronto & Phili are POSTPONED due to the flu. New dates expected to be announced soon..
Aug. 19, 2003:  David Bowie  played The Chance
in Poughkeepsie, NY  as a warm up show for his tour.
June 16, 2003: WORLD TOUR ANNOUNCED!
David Bowie today announced his upcoming A Reality Tour. The world tour starts Oct. 7 in Denmark. US shows are expected in DEc./Jan. followed by Australia & Japan.
April, 2003:
Not much to report this spring. Bowie is working on a new album, and a world tour is expected starting in Fall 2003.
Feb 28, 2003: Bowie played an acoustic version of Loving the Alien, and then Heathen at Carnegie Hall  as part of the annual Tibet House benefit. He then joined Ray Davies of the Kinks for a great version of Waterloo Sunset before also joining in the Ziggy Marley led finale, Get Up Stand Up. Pics are up HERE!
Nov. 2002: The Best of Bowie 2-DVD set is out and is a must see collection of viDEos.
Oct. 15, 2002: Bowie played
Staten Island and Brooklyn for his NY Marathon Tour over the weekend.
Aug. 5, 2002: Bowie taped
Last Call with Carson Daly in NY last week (I went) and did Everyone Says Hi and Cactus. He also played Area 2 shows on the East Coast.  I went to the Mansfield show near Boston.
June 10 -11, 2002: Bowie played
Slow Burn on the David Letterman show, then did a brilliant show at Roseland in NY, playing all of Low, then all of Heathen and then a handful of Bowie classics for the encore.
June 2, 2002: Bowie played
8 songs as part of  the show Top Of The Pops in NY.  50 lucky BowieNeters  were lucky enough to be there. Pics now up HERE
May 10, 2002:
Bowie played 5 songs as part of the MTV Rock and Comedy show in NY.
March 27, 2002:
"Heathen", Bowie's new studio album, will be released June 11 on the ISO label.
Feb. 22, 2002:
Bowie performed I Would Be Your Slave, and Space Oddity at the Tibet House Benefit at Carnegie Hall.  Check out  THIS SPACE for pics!!
Oct. 20, 2001:
Bowie performed "America" and  "Heroes"  at The Concert for New York.
