Hotbar
is a little program that serves both as an Internet Companion
and a Browser Skinner. I works both for IE and Netscape by adding
a bar to your browser toolbar and by changing the boring gray
background to any image you want.
The program is very small (339kb) and by this time, you should
have already been prompted to accept the download of hotbar. If
