A Little Update

I'd like to give an apology to all of you who have been faithfully checking Christian Gamers and have been finding nothing. But cheer up, a brand new update is right on it's way!

Busy Times...

These past two weeks have been very busy ones here at Christian Gamers. We all have been working very hard, and now you can enjoy the fruit. To start off with, we have a preview of the new, upcoming game in the Delta Force series. Then we've reviewed MDK2, and added more cheats and demos. Today also is a day of celebration, we have two new members of the Christian Gamers family, and we are very happy to have them join. Jeremy is going to be reviewing more games, and really is good at it. Then Jason is getting his own column called "Classic Gaming". Both of the "J"s as we call them already have two reviews written up, one on Destruction Derby and the other on Monkey Island. God Bless and Happy Gaming!

Upcoming Delta Force Title in Sniper Scope

Delta Force is coming around again, for the third time to be exact. The title of the third Delta Force in the series isn’t going to be called Delta Force 3, no, it will be called Delta Force: Land Warrior. There is a reason why Novalogic didn’t go for the shorter name, simply because Delta Force: Land Warrior isn’t going to be just another Delta Force game. Delta Force: Land Warrior has been built from the ground up, which will offer a wide variety of features which have never available with the previous Delta Force games.

MDK2 Reviewed

There are many different games, but they all have one thing in common. You play the role of someone, right? Whether you are playing Age of Empires and take the role of the king, or if you play Deus Ex and take the role of an agent, you always take a role in a game. Like all games, you take a role of someone in MDK2, unlike all other games, the major role you take is that of a janitor. Not only that but you also get to take the roles of a scientist who lost his head, and a 4 armed dog who has some rather unhealthy habits.

Meet a New Face

This week we have two new members of Christian Gamers. Jeremy Hatfield and Jason Gross. We want for you to know some more about them. So we have written a little bit about each of them so that you can get to know the real people of Christian Gamers better. This week we’ll start with Jeremy and then next week we’ll let you know more about Jason.

Demolition RacerReviewed

Demolition Racer is a racing game with a twist. Rather than a game that just requires you to try and win the race, this game gives you points to destroy the other racers' cars. The game has many styles of game play so you don't have to play the same style each game.

Monkey Island Reviewed

God has provided us with a new section to add to Christian Gamers. We like to call it Classic Gaming. There is a review in this section on the game "Monkey Island".

Dino Crisis to Come to PC

For all of you gamers who don't have a playstation and envy your friends who do, look up and fret no more. Capcom is releasing some Playstation games to the PC. The exciting thing though, is that the smash hit, Dino Crisis is among them. However, to overshadow this turnover to the PC, Capcom is planning on releasing Dino Crisis 2 for Playstation, no definite date, yet. So you can still wish for a playstation, but Dino Crisis is coming to you and your PC, hopefully this month.

A Look at ONI

It's big news in the gaming world. It's big news period, haven't you heard? Microsoft just bought out Bungie. That's right folks. That would mean that Bill Gates' crew now has rights to great games-to-be that were once owned by Bungie, like Halo, or Oni. Microsoft is starting to get aggressive in the gaming industry… But I'm not here to talk about Microsoft's computer empire, no, I want to talk about one of their new acquisitions. Preferably one acquisition that is a new game which is coming out soon. They call it Oni.

Deus Ex Reviewed

Have you ever played a game that was so different from all the other games that you really couldn't put it in any one category? Then, you know what Deus Ex is like. It is an extremely unique game, in it's special way. Some people say that it is a Role Playing Game, others say it is a first person shooter. It's both, and then again it's neither one of em'.

Christian Gamers Launched

Christian Gamers is finally off the ground and up and running. We hope you are as excited about this new conquest as all of those who put their sweat and sinew into this project. We welcome you to Christian Gamers for the first time!

FF7 Reviewed

Final Fantasy really is a computer work of art. With a good storyline and immersive effects, topped with hours of addictive gameplay, Final Fantasy 7 is not a game that should go unoticed. However, this is an RPG, so this game has it's fair share of magic, spellcasting, potions, the works. Then, it is sprinkled down with some swearing. So, it might be offensive to many Christians.

Ground Control Reviewed

Sierra's new title looks so good that it turns heads. With some of the best graphics, and great gameplay, Ground Control is one of the best RTS games ever created.
