Final Fantasy VII was and is an excellent game. I could
spend hours playing it. The graphics are top, the sound is
realistic, and the gameplay is awesome. I recommend this game.
The only thing that would offend a Christian is the spellcasting
and the maybe the language. The game for computer uses up a lot
of space on your hard drive. It takes three CDs, not including
the install CD. The game takes a long time to finish.
I still have not finished it. The animation is very smooth and fast.
The graphics and colors are awesome. If you are looking for good
graphics, FF7 is a good way to go. The special effects are beautiful
works of computer art. The variety of sound effects and music is awesome.
The music is excellent and reflects on your surroundings. FF7 keeps you
playing and it is hard to stop. You never know what will happen next. The
view is aerial during exploration. During fighting it is a panoramic view of
you and your opponents from the side. You and your opponents take turns attacking.
You can use a weapon, spells, or just your fists. You can collect healing potions
or cure poison potions. For FF7, there pretty much is no replay. The game takes so
long, and the way that it keeps you focused on your present situation in the game,
you forget what happened before in the game. This makes it fun to replay. You
could probably play it several times and not get bored. Because of the extensive
use of spellcasting and the use of language by some of the characters, FF7 might
seem offensive to many Christians.
