List of categories and classes that we have for our exhibits.
See premium book for complete rules and premiums awarded. All ages are listed as of January 1 of current year. You can get the premium book by calling the Fair Board Office at 440-243-0090 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am-3pm or by visiting the Fair website: www.cuyfair.com.
SEWING & DECORATED GARMENTS
  • Open to all youth through 19 years of age as of January 1 of current year.
  • This category includes both clothing made by the entrant, and purchased garment items which are then tie-dyed, embroidered, appliquéd, or otherwise embellished by the person entering the item.
  • All garments are to be displayed on hangers and can be covered with a clear plastic sleeve.
  • A special Award of Excllence can be given at the descretion of the judges.
  • All needlecraft items not shown as a garment are to be exhibited in Open Class Art and Crafts.
  • Any garment entered in open class MAY NOT be removed from hte display for use in any other exhibition.
  • No more than one entry per class by same participant.
